A palette knife is the ideal tool in the kitchen, for spreading, lifting, turning and smoothing over toppings on baked dishes. Blades are usually blunt as cutting isn’t the primary task when in operation. The blade is also very thin and flexible to increase the ease of use.
Blades are manufactured using high quality 420 stainless steel that has added Molybdenum, which gives the steel excellent edge retention, high durability and exceptional rust resistance.
