The mono steel high carbon blade is made with Silver Fox 100 Steel, a material that has its origins in razor blades. Silver Fox 100 steel delivers exceptional blade edge quality, improved durability, and reduced need for sharpening. 

The handle on this chef's knife is crafted from a sustainably sourced curly birch. The unique pattern in the material is enhanced through a process of vacuum sealing with cacti juice that darkens and stabilizes the wood.

3 mm brass pins in the chef's knife handle and a brass bolster also cast in Sheffield adds the final aesthetic that makes these knives attractive and durable.
